How our directory works

Last updated

Colorado ABA is an editorial directory for discovering ABA therapy options. These standards explain what the information means and how to use it.

What a profile represents

Profiles summarize available public and reported provider information. A profile's presence means it is included in our directory; it does not establish that Colorado ABA has inspected the clinic, verified every credential or assessed clinical quality. We do not present these profiles as individually certified or continuously verified.

Locations, filters and unknown details

A city directory groups providers by their primary reported location. It does not establish service coverage at every address in that city. Filters reflect reported settings, ages, insurance and other details. A Medicaid or insurance filter does not confirm your eligibility, coverage, network participation or authorization for a particular service.

Missing information remains unknown. Ask the provider about exact age limits, locations, formats, current staff, travel areas and openings.

How results are ordered

Directory results rotate in a random order that is consistent within a day. The order is not a ranking of quality, an endorsement or a recommendation for your family. Filtering and pagination use that day's order.

Updates and corrections

Information is refreshed periodically, but a refresh is not an individual verification of each fact. Provider programs, availability and insurance relationships can change between updates. Confirm important details directly.

To report an error, use Contact us or email hello@coloradoaba.org. Include the profile URL, the detail that needs attention and a public reference if available. Please leave out medical records, children's names and other private family information.

Optional care requests

Submitting a request is free for families and is optional. Colorado ABA reviews it internally before any provider delivery. A named request retains the selected provider. Sharing with another provider requires the alternatives permission shown on that form. General requests authorize sharing with relevant providers within your stated preferences. We identify recipients by email after sharing.

A request does not reserve a place, book an appointment, guarantee a response or determine treatment suitability. Our Terms, Disclaimer and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice provide further information.
